Unique to the restaurant and bar scene in Cape Town, our A-grade meat is dry rubbed and smoked for 8 to 12 hours before being served, ensuring that our mouth-watering cuts fall effortlessly off the bone and delicately melt in your mouth.

From the field to your fork, our giant beef ribs, pork belly and free-range spatchcock chicken, are all prepared with a labour of love. True to our Cape Town roots, we use kiln dried Rooikrans wood which ensures that our succulent meat has a smoky flavor to please your palate and satisfy your appetite.

After the kitchen closes at 10pm the party begins.
